We wanted to share a quick update on the upcoming DLK Lounge release connected to “Plan of Perfection.”
The enhanced mix and official music video for the DLK Lounge remix are taking a little longer than originally planned, but they are absolutely still on the way. While the release has been slightly delayed, the project continues to move forward, and we are genuinely excited about how the new mix is coming together.
For DLK Lounge, the vision for this version has always been to create a smoother, more reflective listening experience. The Lounge sound gives “Plan of Perfection“ a different emotional character, allowing the message to settle in with warmth, calm, and musical depth.
One of the things we enjoy most about creating alternate versions is discovering how the same message can connect with listeners in completely different ways. A new arrangement, different instrumentation, and a fresh atmosphere can give a familiar song an entirely new perspective. The DLK Lounge remix does exactly that.
Bringing the Vision Together
While the original version of “Plan of Perfection” carries its own energy and purpose, the Lounge remix leans into a more relaxed and expressive feel.
