Multiinstrumentalist, composer, and producer, Vincent Ingala is a popular name when it comes to contemporary jazz music. With the tenor saxophone being his main instrument of choice, he creates smooth and soulful jazz. Having released 7 albums, with his most recent album being “Fire and Desire”, Vincent has made a name for himself in the music industry. 

Music Career

Vincent Ingala released his first debut album, “North End Soul” in 2010. The album featured smooth jazz and R&B tracks that were played on the guitar, saxophone, and piano. What’s interesting is Vincent was only 17 at that time and did the composing, recording, and producing for the album all by himself. His song “It Is What It Is” peaked at number 14 on Billboard’s Smooth Jazz Chart.

Soon after, Vincent released his second album “Can’t Stop Now” on June 14th, 2012. It was a great success and was also featured at No. 28 on the Billboard Jazz Albums chart. Since then, Vincent has released 7 stellar albums that include Coast to Coast (2015), Christmas (2016), Echoes from the Heart (2020), and his latest album Fire and Desire (2021).

Early Life of Vincent Ingala

Born in Prospect, Connecticut, to Italian parents, Vincent started playing drums at the age of four. As he got older, his interest grew more towards the guitar and eventually the saxophone. During his teenage years, Vincent used to play at local clubs and restaurants. His passion for smooth jazz was growing and so were his skills on the saxophone.
